CLUBHOUSE RENTAL
The clubhouse is located at 22415 Kingsland Ave and is available for rental... for more information please call 281-463-1777 or email Debbie Kirschke

Some rental guidelines:
No smoking in clubhouse.
A certified check for all rental rees and security deposits is required 30 days in advance.
Security deposit will be refunded within 30 days of the date of the event based on the condition the premises were left in.
Police Officers are required at all functions of 50 or more invitees or at which alchohol will be served. Arrangements and payment for the officers are the responsibility of the Renter.

WEST MEMORIAL PARK
Our community park is located at 2214 Kingsland and is open to all West Memorial residents for outdoor activities. It has playround equipment and a large sheltered pavilion..

WEST MEMORIAL CONSTABLES
Our constables patrol our subdivion 24 hours a day/7 days a week. Please call them at 281-463-6666 to report any disturbance or to request vacation patrols.

Tuesday - Sunday: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM
CLOSED on Mondays
OPEN Monday, September 1 (Labor Day)

West Memorial Pool Rules

  • All rules apply to adults and children.
  • Lifeguards must be obeyed at all times.
  • Lifeguards have the authority to remove persons and/or deny pool use to anyone violating pool rules.
  • Do not talk to or distract lifeguards on duty.
  • Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an individual at least 18 years old.
  • Parents are responsible for children in the baby pool. No diapers allowed.
  • No running, pushing or dangerous play allowed in or about the pool area.
  • No loud music, loitering, littering or pets allowed in the pool area.
  • Do not hold or hang on rope. Floating devices allowed at the discretion of the lifguard on duty.
  • All glass containers are prohibited. Absolutely no alchoholic beverages allowed.
  • No food or drinks allowed in the immediate vicinity of the pool.
  • No smoking allowed in the pool area.
  • All swimmers must wear swim suits. No cutoffs are allowed.
  • Swimmers must be able to swim the width of the pool both ways in order to use the deep water area.
  • Only one person at a time is allowed on the diving board.
  • Only one bounce is allowed on the diving board.
